They have pioneered The National Register of Approved Removers & Storers which remains the only independent inspectorate of removal companies and the ground breaking Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme.

To ensure that all our members continue to meet the high standards that are set, they employ the removal industry's only independent inspectorate to annually vet members. The inspection routines are accepted by The Removal Industry Ombudsman and the inspections are carried out by the National Register of Approved Removers and Storers.

Each and every Guild Member is itself a member of the Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme and as such has to pass an annual independent inspection by an Ombudsman Scheme approved inspector. Each and every Guild Member signs up to a comprehensive Ombudsman Scheme approved Code of Practice and the Member is also continually monitored.
